Part of the Ritzi guarantee is to give art a space. In order to keep this promise, we fit into your schedule to deliver and install your Ritzi original or Ritzi sourced artwork in a manner that suits your lifestyle. Tardiness is not tolerated when it comes to installing your Ritzi artwork and punctuality is a long-standing promise we have kept since inception.
Delivery is free within a 100 km radius of Cape Town, Western Cape, and a fee of only R10 per kilometre will be charged for clients located further away.

The Ritzi Return Policy

Ritzi puts your needs first. When you receive your artwork, we want you to be 100% happy with what you see. If you are anything less than thrilled with your Ritzi piece, you may return it within 30 days of the order date. You will receive a full refund on the artwork as soon as the Ritzi original is returned to our head office. It is important to note, however, that outgoing and/or return delivery costs will not be refunded, unless the artwork is returned due to defective workmanship. If the artwork is damaged in any way upon return, refunds will not apply.
